Hi, I'm Cindy. I wear a few different hats like, CEO, CFO, CTO of my home, Director of First Impressions, Chauffeur, Electrical Assistant, Chef, Entertainer, House Keeper, Wife, and Mom, but what I pay my bills with is Technical Recruiting.

I have the best of both worlds, I live in the country and I love it. It's my escape from reality sometimes. My husband and I have 5 acres and we are currently building our home. When I say we, I mean WE, he and I are building it, with our own two hands! I work in Dallas and I love it. Maybe not the traffic but the company I work for and the people that work along side of me everyday. What do I do? I recruit qualified candidates for my clients' open positions. Sounds easy, right? Yeah, not so much. It's a tough market out there and sometimes finding that qualifed candidate based on the clients expectations is like finding a needle in a haystack!
