Hello! I’m Cindy Stanford and I’m a Transpersonal Social Worker, therapist and spiritual life coach. I am the owner of Spiritually Inspired Transformational Consulting Services (www.spirituallyinspired.org).

On my journey towards self-awareness and personal growth I have discovered that:

I am the fusion of the predecessors of greatness.
I am a dreamer like the ones that have come before me.
I am an encourager, one that gives strength to those without.

I want to be remembered as someone that encouraged, uplifted and sacrificed for justice, truth, and equality for all people. Someone that was bold and fearless. One that gave more than she took (from others, life and the universe); a restorer of life, love, joy, peace, sanity and beauty. One that lived life to the fullest, gained wisdom from her experiences, did all things in excellence with character and integrity. I want to be known as the light that dispels darkness!

It is my passion, purpose, and profession to empower, enhance, and improve the human condition by promoting mental health, social justice, and social change as well as aiding you in awakening to and living the life of your dreams! Without the limitations of focusing exclusively on pathology or social problems, I provide a full range of mental health, consulting and life coaching services utilizing a holistic and therapeutic approach aimed at integrating the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of life which aid in the discovery of one’s authentic self and highest potential.

Currently I'm a doctorial student at Sofia University and I'm specializing in Transpersonal Psychology. I received my BA in both Psychology and Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University and a Masters of Social Work (Clinical Concentration) from Norfolk State University.
