Cinnamon Scholz has a total 18 years of sales experience including 6 years worked as a civil site contractor on various projects for the City of Houston and established General Contractors. Moving forward 13 years in the Real Estate industry working with buyers, sellers, agents and brokers in the commercial, residential, property management and virtual assisting arena. The position led to relations with lenders, bankers and various vendors. Leading to 2 years of experience in business development in the title industry with most recent success completing one solid year as a Certified Closing Agent performing independently approximately 300 mobile closings, all new business, to include A-6 Loans. During her career Cinnamon has volunteered and been part of many organizations in and around Houston.
