I’m John, a former Division 1 athlete with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science and the Founder of Community Strength Austin. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, building lean muscle, improving athletic performance, or focusing on health and longevity. I love creating a sense of community, and I lead the Community Happy Hour Workouts every Wednesday night.
