I started with the company some hundred years ago and held different positions. I am currently an Instructional Designer working with a team of highly engaged and motivated designers located in United States and internationally. We all work with a fierce but very supportive manager, named Brian Austin.

What exactly do we do? The primary goal of the instructional design team is to drive key business results by evaluating performance gaps, design and develop solutions, and evaluate solution effectiveness. It is a challenging job but it is a job where continuous learning and self-development occur.
