City Borough Housing offers a comprehensive guaranteed rent scheme in London to ensure that our landlords receive both a reasonable rental income and a professional management service (provided at no extra cost). As your guaranteed rent company the landlord enters into a private sector leasing agreement directly with us, City Borough Housing Ltd, for a minimum term of 3 years during which we will pay a fixed rent every month.
