Hello! And thank you for visiting our about me page for this event. This will be our fourth one, working alongside some of the bestprograms and resources available.
On Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 9:30am to 12pm at the East Las Vegas Community Center Ballroom, we are uniting together to showcase the "7 Work Groups" of the Mayor’s Faith Initiative. These work groups will address the following growing concerns of our community. They are as follows:
Strengthening the Family
Youth/PTA
Human Trafficking
Homelessness
Addiction
Each of these work groups will showcase initiatives and programs being implemented in partnerships with faith leaders, schools, businesses, non-profit organizations and community volunteers. Please inviteyour friends, business associates or congregants to be a part of this unique experience.
"Restoring communities is a collective effort; come be a part of that effort… "- We need the communities help. What isyour interest? Come join a Work Group and make a difference in the City of Las Vegas.
