I have extensive experience working on educational and creative projects, including merging industry needs with course objectives and with people of different backgrounds and interests.

As a bilingual speaker (English and Spanish) with experience living in four different countries and in multicultural settings, I bring with me cross-cultural understanding and sensitivity to reach objectives and drive success.

I am also multifaceted - comfortable making presentations and writing for a variety of purposes. I am an accredited teacher trainer and instructor (M.A., TESL Ontario, and OCT), a life-long learner, and committed to growth and development. My main focus is on creating meaningful content that incorporates real situations, human interaction, and technology. As a trainer and educator, my experience in needs analysis and assessment tools - based on fairness, reliability, and validity - further enhance my skills and qualifications.
