Texas-born and raised in Canada, it is only fitting that as I come back to the restaurant industry, I have found a place for myself in BBQ.

My professional focus is working with youth and young adults from marginalized backgrounds to provide job opportunity, mentorship, and to produce truly Texas-level barbecue in a way that nods to tradition while embracing innovation and efficiencies.

It is a lot to shoulder, but I am well on my way to making my mark on the Manitoba restaurant scene.
