I have extensive experience with people and technology, and a passion for solving problems. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure to work in a variety of roles in different industries, including:

- Project management and Process improvement; including Agile, Scrum, and Six Sigma

- IT help desk and field technician support

- Customer service experience in a variety of roles, including sales, escalation support, account management, and administration

- Managing small, agile teams
