Camilla Fanning

Camilla Fanning is the Director of EU4Schools, an EU affairs specialist, Educational Content and Instructional Designer with an interest in Digital Storytelling. She has extensive teaching experience at both second and third level.

As well as developing elearning content, she regularily presents and lectures on the European Union and is a published author of research and articles about the European Union.
Camilla was a Public Policy Specialist with the institute of Public Administration from 2003 until 2005. Her areas of activity included research and analyses of EU and international developments. She also contributed to in-house publications on policy issues affecting local authorities and the public sector. She undertook research and wrote policy papers on social and environmental policy at both national and EU levels. She also produced and presented at seminars on topics of relevance to Irish public service modernisation.
She was Academic Coordinator for the Dublin European Institute (Research Fellow) and IPA MA in Healthcare Management. She continues to lecture part time on the EU and is an MA supervisor on the MA in Public Management, Whitaker School of Government and Management, and is an Associate of the IPA
Areas of interest include use of technology in education, communications & media. Research and analysis on general public policy, the EU, International Relations & current affairs.
