After attending Texas State University, CJ began her career in Real Estate In San Antonio, Texas where she managed Residential multifamily Class C properties to New Construction Lease ups. She has a proven track record of maintaining high occupancy rates while minimizing expenses through a high level of customer service for resident retention.

She moved into Commercial Property Management managing executive suites and negotiating the lease of office space.

After relocating to Houston, CJ assisted residents in locating apartment communities as an apartment locator.

As a start up business, she assisted with the development and financial management of a power and grounding company where she because familiar with every aspect of running a business from A/P, A/R to Payroll, Budgets, and Tax reporting.

She moved to McKinney in 1997 and began working as a Broker Associate with Keller Williams, where she continues today. Her sales distinguish her with an average days on market of less than two weeks, with her most recent being one day, and a 98% of listing price contract price.
