I have been a Realtor in Chicago's North Shore since 1992. As a Broker and Real Estate Consultant with Coldwell Banker's Glencoe office, my focus is providing a framework for identifying, pursuing and achieving the goals of each and every client. A resident of Evanston, I also serve Glencoe, Winnetka, Wilmette, Highland Park, Northbrook, Glenview, Skokie, Deerfield, Northfield, Lake Bluff, & Lake Forest. I have also shown property in Morton Grove, Long Grove, Inverness, Barrington, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, Hawthorn Woods, Libertyville and a few areas of the city.

When dealing with my clients during the real estate process, I will provide them with accurate, honest and updated information. When working with sellers, I will listen well and keep my clients informed throughout the transaction. My goal is to keep the stress of selling a home down to a minimum. Hoping to build a great rapport right from the beginning, I strive to identify the needs of each client, then pursue the options and have the end result be a successful and happy experience for everyone. I use many different marketing ideas, including a visual tour, Vis-a-tour (which does a floor plan of the home), and several types of magazines and newspapers. As well as a "Just Listed" card, periodic mailers are sent out to a target marketing area, with updates on your property. Your home will have its own website and will be featured on major real estate sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Yahoo Real Estate, plus numerous others. I accompany all of my upper bracket listings. My goal is to give #1 service to each of my clients, rather than being the #1 agent in the area!
