Ms. Connie K. Grier, founder of The RESPECT Alliance (www.therespectalliance.org), a 501 C 3 non-profit corporation and CKG Consulting, LLC has been professionally engaged in education and educational management within the Philadelphia community for over 20 years as a student focused educational leader possessing a strong commitment to social justice, parental engagement, relationship building and the development of students and staff. During this time, she has been lauded as a "great communicator who advocates for what's RIGHT as opposed to what's easy." Being able to build relationships between the school, home, and student allows her to best serve her community and secure needed supports for both her school community and individual families. She continues to service the children of several school districts through her non-profit organization, The RESPECT Alliance, through her position as a blogger for ParentNet, a national parental engagement organization, and as an Adjunct Prrofessor for Wilmington University who is currently in the dissertation stage of her Doctoral degree.
