Touch is one of our deepest and most effective forms of communication and interaction. Through connected, intentional, and safe touch we are able to bring about relaxation, empowerment, and peace in one another.
My massage interests vary widely and fall around compassionate touch, pain management, oncology massage, prenatal and pediatric massage, touch for the dying, the study of relaxation as a method of healing, and the Hippocratic concept that the human body is capable of healing itself.
My goal as a pracitioner, using touch as a form of communication, is to usher in healing and create a calming, non-judgemental, and comforting space. In this space, and through our partnership, my wish is to aid in your personal rediscovery of harmony and balance between your mind and body.
