I am the Founder and CEO of Hello Sunday Morning - an online platform that helps any individual change their relationship with alcohol, one Sunday at a time.

I am passionate about how we can use digital tools to empower everyday people to make better, healthier choices with a particular focus on drinking behaviours.

Throughout 2013/14 I will be touring the world to promote Hello Sunday Morning and learn from others who are creating similar change across the world.
