I'm a strength and conditioning coach out of Bensalem, Pa. I've spent my entire life in playing/coaching baseball. Recently, I opened my own training facility, CK Performance, to help middle school, high school, college, and professional baseball players continue their dreams in all aspects; in-season and off-season training, physical therapy, individual instruction, and nutrition.
