Claire Owen-Schubnell

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, I enrolled at Rochester Institute of Technology to study photojournalism, but found that my strengths and competitive drive truly lie in the field of communications, especially when coupled with my passion for the arts. I am now completing my final year as an advertising and public relations major with a marketing track at Rochester Institute of Technology. Currently, I am focusing my sights and studies in the art world. My degree also includes a concentration in art history, as well as additional courses from Sotheby's Institute of Art and Fashion Institute of Technology, which I have used to specialize my studies and differentiate my skill set.

Both my creative vision and work ethic thrive in a hands-on and fast-paced setting, whether I am working with others as part of a team or working on my own. I truly enjoy working and communicating with other people, both peers and clients. In my varied work experiences, I have found that I have a talent for understanding and envisioning what people are looking for so that I can not only meet their expectations, but also elaborate on their ideas so that together, we can come up with something even more innovative.
