Hello, I’m Claire.

I’m a chef living in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I am a fan of food, swimming and travel. I’m also interested in cooking.

As an Australian I love to be in the heart of it and find Amsterdam to be more than a home away from home. I've been here for some years already in fact, more to come!

Food's my main passion though for sure there's more than meets the eye. In business I've been working to proudly build the Netherland's most nutritious, on-the-go, grain based salad business, Crave Good Food. It's a true labour of love and I'm enjoying the journey as much as the challenge.

Besides that, can't beat a good old walk in the hills of France. The answer's always in nature, as they say.
