Working as a freelance designer florist, Claire specialises in Weddings, Family Celebrations, Corporate Events and dramatic displays for local homes & businesses.

Claire has been involved in floristry for all of her life andher lifetime love of theart of floristry was nurtured firstly by her Grandfather,Charles, who started as a florist at the turn of thecentury in Edwardian England followed by her father,Roy Vickers, who established their familyfloristry business in the centre of Leicester in1958. This makes Claire a 3rd generation florist!

Having initially studied Fashion and Textile Design, Claire decided to carry on the family trade and trained with Constance Spry which then leadher to Holland and France where she studiedalongside Master Florists from France Germany, Japan andNorway.

As well as being a regular exhibitor at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and winning a coveted Gold Medal, Claire wonInterflora Regional Florist of the Year.

Claire is passionate about colour and shape and uses only fresh flowers, fruits and natural materials of the highest quality sourced both locallyand direct from Holland.

She uses a combination of traditional and new floristry techniques to achieve the highest standards of professional workmanship and design.

Her considerable reputation is based on her commitment to high quality design combined with innovation and attention to detail in catering forevents of every style and size.
