I've been described as part chaos, part rocket fuel.

The chaos part is because I believe deeply that the future of work is chaos. The thing about chaos is that we misunderstand it, rather than embrace it. It's a dynamic environment with micro changes occurring all the time. This dynamic ever-changing world of work is the one we currently live, move and breathe in. Our company, This is Productivity, sits on the bleeding edge of this space. We position and transform companies across their humans, their technology and their physical spaces.

On the human side: we are building a school for human acceleration. We will be teaching the skills people will need to work optimally from now and onwards into the future. These skills include: active listening, empathy, collaboration, question & query design as well as visual thinking. Watch this space as this unfolds.

On the tech side: we are a preferred deployment partner for tech companies to onboard their users successfully. We increase the customer success team capacities within tech companies. We decrease churn rates, we increase daily usage of products and customer lifetime value. We are building products in this space at the moment.

On the space side: we are working with an agency in London on prototyping 5 office pods which will incrementally be tested and built into offices of the future. This is our research lab if you will. Again super exciting things unfolding here.
