I am part of a small, new business called digital balance. We work to help companies to recognise the opportunities that are available to them within the digital channel. As the planner in the partnership I do this best through understanding brands and customers and working out how the two can have a meaningful conversation. I’m experienced across all online communication channels from inception (the research to brief stage) to creation (how to execute a campaign), and practised in the process of selecting the right channels for varying business goals and customer needs (through strategic planning not what’s fashionable).
