Claire Canon

Currently attending the University of Missouri Kansas City, Claire Canon is in the process of completing a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication with a minor in Journalism. Ms. Canon is additionally pursuing a number of modeling jobs at present, and she plans to spend some time traveling in New England as well. Claire Canon balances her academic and professional pursuits with a number of recreational activities, including cooking, skiing, and doing yoga.

Before enrolling in University of Missouri Kansas City, Claire Canon attended high school in the state, where she maintained involvement in a host of charitable and athletic endeavors. She volunteered in programs through her high school and local church that involved beautifying neglected areas and caring for dogs and cats at area animal shelters. She also held membership in her school's Key Club and completed a business internship.

Aside from these activities, Claire Canon belonged to Cheer Legends, through which she participated in hip-hop dance competitions. Her team traveled to Orlando, Florida's Universal Studios to compete against other groups in an international competition. Among other accomplishments, Ms. Canon's dance team regularly beat out others from Asia, Europe, and across the United States.

Claire Canon also kept busy during high school through a number of professional positions. Beginning at the age of 15, she spent three years as a busser and hostess for a restaurant in her home town. In addition, she served as a bank teller and lifeguard. Ultimately, after completing her degree in broadcasting, she hopes to secure a position as a reporter in the entertainment industry.
