Dr Claire Dancer

I am a researcher and lecturer in materials science at the University of Warwick. I study how to make materials and structures by novel processing techniques. At the moment I am particularly focused on making and studying ceramic and ceramic-composite materials for electromagnetic applications.

I was educated at the University of Cambridge and completed my doctorate and post-doctoral research at the University of Oxford. I started my research group at the International Institute for Nanocomposite Manufacturing at the University of Warwick in 2013.
