Hi, I’m Claire. Mostly I do my paid work in marketing communications, and my unpaid work being a busy parent to 2 small humans. I love coffee, Harry Styles, and being a good human being.

I'm an experienced CRM and lifecycle marketing specialist, with a background across agency and client-side roles in telecommunications, banking, automotive, fintech, and education. My super power is working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex campaigns and marketing projects on time and on budget.

Over 2 decades, my core experience has been in customer communications, direct marketing, and campaign management, from strategy through to hands-on delivery. I've managed email and multi-channel campaigns, built and optimised marketing automation using tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and Marketo, briefed and managed creative delivery alongside campaign work, and worked alongside data and technology teams.

I've worked with organisations at all stages of direct marketing maturity, from first steps into personalised, targeted communications through to more established CRM programmes, consistently advocating for data-driven, customer-first best practice.

I'm known for bringing a calm, considered approach to complex or fast-moving environments - equally comfortable with the strategic picture and the hands-on detail, and effective at managing agencies, stakeholders, and competing priorities to get work delivered well.
