Move smarter, not harder.

I am a Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy Educator currently living in Hong Kong. My professional interests range from chronic pain management, sports injury treatment, women's health, and physiotherapy education to my fellow physiotherapists and students.

Starting my physio journey graduating from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2016, I have worked in a major public hospital right after graduation. After that, I went on to provide one-to-one physiotherapy service for patients in a private clinic. I have established my own clinic with one-to-one consultation service in Tsim Sha Tsui in 2021 to continue my quest of getting everybody to move smarter, not harder.
