I was born as Claire Le Grange, Although my mom wanted to call me Genevieve. On the happiest day of my life I became Mrs. Nieuwoudt. And I love it. Who wouldn't? A new name, a fresh start. At school I was good at poetry and biology. Later on I studied marketing. I sold my first painting at age 18, and started my first business at 23. Now I bake cookies on the weekend and design gorgeous bridal accessories during the week. Sometimes my weekend is Tuesday, Wednesday. I'm not afraid to work on Saturdays, but never on a Sunday. I dance to bands that know how to blend a bit of mandolin with a harmonica, with a few Southern yee-haws thrown in, and yes, "classy girls don't kiss in bars you fool".
