I endeavour to stay as fit as possible. To be able to run for an hour whenever I want is what makes me feel good and free. It is my peaceful time when I can think through my thoughts and not get overwhelmed by everything. I like to compete in races, like half and mini marathons to keep me motivated to train and to change up my routine running programme. I also enjoy cross fit training for strength and endurance during my runs, and to keep my core strength as optimum as possible. But this is a hobby and I enjoy it. It is not a career and I do not take my races or my running seriously. I enjoy running slowly with others, and I enjoy challenges.
