Claire is a second-year TESOL student at University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Penn, Claire worked at the Delegation of European Union to China as the assistant to the Senior Counselor. In that capacity, Claire worked on EU-China government dialogues. Claire is also TEDXPenn 2013 Curator, aiming to advocate the TED value of "Idea Worth Spreading" at Penn campus, and to showcase Penn spirit to TED community of 3,000,000+ members. Claire hopes to use her expertise in education technolgy, international relations, marketing, and event-planning to create stronger connections among Greater Philadelphia community.
