BOISE, Idaho - Clancey Yohman, local entrepreneur and businessman announced today the launch of his non-profit organization seeking to connect people suffering from substance abuse with the vital resources needed for recovery. Idaho Outreach helps reduce obstacles for people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol by providing access to care, support, transportation and community resources so they can successfully travel the road to recovery. “This is a very special and personal mission for me and I want to position Idaho Outreach as a leading resource for people suffering from substance addictions,” said Clancey Yohman, Founder and CEO of Idaho Outreach. “There are a lot of hardships for people who have their licenses revoked as a result of substance abuse and I want Idaho Outreach to be a solution for them.” The non-profit will actively connect individuals with other community-based organizations that are providing counseling, rehabilitation and other related services to the target population. In addition, Idaho Outreach hopes to be the resource for transportation alternatives for people who need to attend required or voluntary events, such as court dates, rehabilitation meetings, counseling sessions and other similar proceedings.
