We are natural and intuitive healers but first and foremost we are mothers. The term mother goes far beyond raising children. It is a special and large part of an adult woman's life where we learn to take care of ourselves and gain our power back as individuals and as women. This site is dedicated to the mothering stage of life where we will share our journey and lessons learned.
Corinne and Elizabeth met at Goddard College during the fall of 1999. Together with some other amazing wise women they collectively studied women's health, medicinal herbology, homeopathy, and nutrition. They also attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where they became Holistic Health Counselors and went on to work for a whole food supplement company.
Elizabeth co-founded the colleges herbal health center during her time at Goddard and also did her work study in the schools gardens learning about growing organically and permaculture. She has been a practicing Health Coach since 2007, having graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She also managed the supplement, vitamin & body care department for Wild Oats and Whole Foods Market in Andover, MA.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Arts with an emphasis on Herbology and Plant Based Medicine in 2002 from Goddard College. She earned her Holistic Health Coach Certificate in 2007 from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She is additionally credentialed by Columbia University Teacher’s College as a Health Coach and has licensure under the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Elizabeth lives in Andover, MA with her 6 year-old daughter Ayla, 4 year-old son Jacob, and husband Jeremy.
Corinne finished her undergrad studies at Green Mountain College where she installed a medicinal herb garden, became a birth doula, and lead a series of workshops on women's reproductive health and first aid medicinal herbs. In 2009 she graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City where she earned her certificate as a Health Coach. She is also credentialed by Columbia University Teacher’s College as a Health Coach and has licensure under the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Since then she has worked as a birth doula, Health Coach, and nutritional consultant for Applied Nutritional Services of NY.
Corinne Lives in upstate New York with her 3 year old twin boys Ezekiel and Xander and husband Matthew.
