As the Owner and Lead Consultant at Clear Insights LLC, Clara provides expert project management and organizational support to clients, ensuring seamless execution of complex initiatives. She specializes in strategic planning, problem-solving, and streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and drive results. Through strong collaboration with teams and stakeholders, she helps organizations stay on track, adapt to challenges, and achieve their goals.

Previously, as Chief of Staff, Clara successfully managed high-volume, multifaceted responsibilities, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution. She has overseen administrative operations, events, and special projects while leading teams in executing high-impact initiatives. She has also played a key role in developing institutional strategies, facilitating leadership retreats, and driving long-term communication planning.

Clara holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, with a concentration in Global Health and Infectious Disease.
