I am a Higher Education-focused student recruitment professional with over 20 years experience working in a world class music conservatory and a modern Post ’92 HE institution. Responsible for sector topping UK and EU recruitment increases and proud of setting up a pan-university Recruitment Network.

I am currently a Director at Rosemark International Education, a company that undertakes interim work in Higher Education, and works tirelessly to bridge the gap between schools and higher education, apprenticeships and the workplace.

Committed to equality and diversity and continuing professional development. I am a member of the Association of University Administrators (AUA), British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and a BAFTA judge with a particular interest in film music.
