I believe we all have been through struggles in our life and we have the strength within us to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and start over! That is called living life. And we can choose the kind of life we want to live!

I choose to be happy, loving, kind, collaborative and considerate.

I have a program for women called, "The COURAGE Formula: A proven 7-step guide for women ready to flourish in your next chapter!" This is my heart work to help women thrive!

Loving my family is at the top of my list!

Being spiritually connected is right up there as well. Integrating the two brings me peace, love and joy!

I was raised in the South (South Carolina, Alabama & Florida). I lived in Florida most of my life. I left Florida in 2004 after my 2nd divorce.

I moved to Lake Tahoe to start a new chapter in my life. I worked for the Marriott Vacation Club in sales and marketing.

I had to move back to Florida in 2007 to handle family affairs after my dad passed.

I moved back to Tahoe in 2008 to continue my career with the Marriott.

After getting laid off because of the economic downturn, I moved to Reno 2008 and then to San Antonio, TX in 2009 with Wayne.

Wayne and I got married on July 23, 2009 in San Antonio!

We moved back to Reno, NV Feb. 2010. I starting working for the University of Nevada as the Assistant Director of Management and Leadership Programs in the Division of Extended Studies.

After Wayne retired, we moved to back to Jacksonville, FL in Feb 2014. I have been working as a Business Consultant helping entrepreneurs grow their business at Florida Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida.

I have 2 amazing sons! Alex is living in Tallahassee, FL. He has his own handyman business and is working towards getting his contractors license.

Forrest graduated from the Air Force Academy and is now a pilot in the Air Force stationed in Okinawa, Japan with his lovely wife Patti.

I love getting together with my family whenever I can!
