Clare Bisbee Frank

Clare worked her way up through the firefighting ranks, to become the Chief of Fire Protection for one of the largest fire departments in the nation. Along the way, she also became a peace officer and a lawyer. Now, she brings humor and realism to books and stories about fire, law, and life.
