Clare Schramm Fergus

Clare is known for designing, building, and managing software systems and complex infrastructure for global organisations. She is currently working at Lloyds Banking Group where she is modernising the core banking technology platforms that underpin the commercial bank.

Throughout her 20-year career, Clare held technology leadership roles at large tech firms. She was the managing director for technology platforms and data centres at British Telecom and was an engineering leader at both Google and IBM. She also recently worked at a bleeding edge AI research lab, building state of the art machine learning infrastructure.

As a proud American expatriate for over a decade, having lived and worked in 10 countries, Clare cares deeply for her home country and elevating the voices of the 5 million Americans who support foreign missions around the world. Clare is also passionate about career coaching, mentoring, and entrepreneurship.
