Clarence Bashshar

Dr. Clarence E. Bashshar is am a retired Army Veteran and has over 30 years of human resources and training development experience. He currently works as a Education Program Specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this position he is responsible for training development, design, and evaluation for training on the Talent Management System (TMS) and Learning Content Management System ( LCMS) for over 450,000 employees. Additionally, he is responsible for developing the requirements for the performance work statements for training contracts. He also serves as Project Manager, Learning Consultant and Learning Coach. Dr. Bashshar has a Ph.D in Education from Walden University, a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Chestnut Hill College, a Masters Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
