In December 2016, I graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Computer and Information Systems. I also earned minors in Computer Science and Mathematics. I am currently working as a temporary Quality Analyst with University of Iowa Health Care. Working with the Department of Operations Excellence and the Patient Appointment Center at UIHC has inspired me to work toward my goal of becoming a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist.
