Clark Reiner's international business development and consulting career is distinguished by almost thirty years of progressive leadership and expertise. His global experience is highlighted by his management roles across Europe, notably in Malta and Spain from 2016 to 2017, where he successfully launched and managed a family office. Before his European endeavors, Clark was significantly involved in expanding operations in London for a privately held oil and gas firm from 2011 to 2015. His strategic oversight included spearheading joint ventures and enhancing midstream operations in diverse regions such as Trinidad, Tobago, Iraq, Louisiana, and Eastern Texas, which broadened the company's international presence.

One of Clark's landmark projects was his pivotal contribution to the Basra Sports City Complex in Iraq through his leadership at Newport Global, a consulting firm he helped establish. This $550 million project represented one of post-Saddam Iraq's most significant developmental undertakings, with the complex officially opening in 2013. From 2002 to 2009, Clark served as Vice President in New York at Mahler & Emerson Inc., a respected Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisory firm. In this role, he managed client relations and co-directed operations and compliance. His consultancy work during this period included a significant role with Allied Investment House in Abu Dhabi, where he was instrumental in securing $80 million in debt financing for the ambitious Dubai Lifestyle City project, which covered more than 4.15 million square feet. His advisory services also extended to financial transactions and tech innovation in the Middle East.

Clark B Reiner began his career focusing on business development in the shipping industry with the New World Charter, dealing primarily with dry bulk commodities. He gained early recognition as Vice President at The Bull & Bear Group Inc., advancing to a strategic position in the Global Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs, New York.
