Clarkstone Bengals

Based out of Texas, Clarkstone Bengals breeds and sells Bengal cats from some of the highest-quality ancestral lines. Known for their unique appearance and gentle disposition, Bengals result from the crossing of Asian leopard cats and domestic breeds. Clarkstone Bengals fosters the growth and development of these special creatures, paying particular attention to their socialization, temperament, color, spots, glitter, and thick, ringed tails, among other attributes.

Located along the banks of the Guadalupe River, Clarkstone Bengals provides a tropical environment where the cats thrive. All cubs, or kittens, receive personal attention and are raised with love. The cats spend considerable time around humans and do well with families or other pets. Owner Dave Clark encourages individuals to view the facility firsthand to see the top-notch care and setting provided for the cats. Prospective owners can schedule an appointment to tour the cattery.

With pedigreed cubs available year-round, Clarkstone sells legally registered cats in every state in the country. Because the kittens sell out so quickly, Clarkstone Bengals recommends that prospective owners join the reserve list by making a deposit. Clients can purchase a pet cub with no breeding rights for about $750 and above. For those interested in breeding rights, cats are available starting at $1,500.

The cattery also provides breeding stock and additional services to fellow reputable breeders. Mentoring is available to those new to the breeding industry as well. Clarkstone Bengals holds accredited membership with the International Bengal Cat Society, Inc., as well as The International Cat Association, Inc. The cattery is one of the few to obtain outstanding cattery status from the latter organization.
