Singapore - born and raised.

In 2023, I founded an English learning centre with a partner - Letters & Words.

From 2016-2022, I was a Specialist Teaching Associate at The Learning Lab. Over the past 6 years, I have designed lesson plans, classroom materials and resources for 10 - 12 classes per week, assisted in writing English curriculum. I assessed, recorded and reported on the development, progress, attainment and behaviour of students. I maintained pro-active liaison and building of rapport with parents.

In 2014, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts and Social Science (Media & Communication Studies) at the University of Washington Bothell.

In 2016, I completed my Master of Arts in Asia Pacific Policy Studies at the University of British Columbia. I attempted to decipher the use of social media in politics and identity, mainly in Southeast Asia and East Asia.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and I manage a food blog to share food recipes. In the midst of creating a memo blog on current affairs and policy issues in Asia.

Fluent in English, Mandarin

Basic Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Malay, Hokkien, Cantonese
