Since 2012, patent attorney Claude Narcisse has served with Sutton Magidoff, LLP, a New York-based law firm. Concurrently, he maintains a position with Patent Analytic Strategies, LLC, an intellectual property (IP) agency operating out of New Jersey. He began working with Patent Analytic Strategies in 2010. In his present roles, Mr. Narcisse maintains an array of responsibilities that include patent prosecution, IP strategy and licensing, and infringement and validity analyses. Admitted to the state bars of New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, he also possesses registration to practice patent law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Serving as a consultant to a variety of both small and mid-sized high-technology startup companies, Claude Narcisse offers seasoned counsel regarding both law and business strategy. Though comfortable with a diverse array of technologies, he maintains a special emphasis on businesses operating within the wireless communications or electrical arts sectors. Assisting an array of startup companies in protecting their lucrative IP assets, Mr. Narcisse manages numerous patent portfolios toward the strategic facilitation of successful revenue generating claims. Claude Narcisse boasts nearly 30 years of experience operating across the technology sector. Having occupied an array of roles over the course of his career, Mr. Narcisse served as an electrical engineer for almost eight years and has been a registered patent attorney for approximately 20 years. Claude Narcisse holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. Finishing his undergraduate work in 1980, Mr. Narcisse subsequently remained at Columbia to complete a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, he attended the Polytechnic University (now a part of New York University), where he earned a Master of Science in Computer Science. Finishing in 1988, Mr. Narcisse proceeded to attend the Rutgers University School of Law, where he graduated in 1991 with a Juris Doctorate. While studying at Rutgers University, he served as Editor-In-Chief of the school's Computer and Technology Law Journal.
