I pride myself on holding several roles in each company I join, as my skills readily translate to different business needs. I thrive in ambiguous situations and function exceptionally well in chaotic start-up environments.

At Amplify Education, as a Sr. Education Consultant for the Insight division, I was quickly singled out to manage the team of education consultants leading national pilot efforts. Next, two roles were created specifically for me: the Amplify Access Director, Professional Development and Training and the Amplify Insight Product Owner of Professional Learning Maps for Technology Integration. When Amplify began its first reorganization, I was transferred into a newly-created client management position as the Director of Engagement.

At Revolution Prep, I was a Manager of Instruction for the retail division before being tapped for a newly-developed role of Implementation Manager in the K-12 division. During a small restructuring, I was promoted to Regional Sales Director. Shortly thereafter, the company underwent a broader reorganization, and I was promoted again, this time to National Director of Strategy & Learning, a role once again created specifically for me.

Currently, I am enjoying managing my own consulting business focused on strategic product development. With such clients as LRN, Netvest, and Branching Minds, I am expanding my industry repertoire to include ethical behavior and personal finance.
