I'm a maker and a writer. I make Heal My Hands, a line of natural skin care products. I am also, to greater or lesser degrees of proficiency, a writer, a graphic designer, a photographer, a crafter, a knitter, a baker, a gardener, a beginning cello player, and occasionally, a good sport. Oh, and I can find anything online. Seriously. Just try me.

I've had several different jobs, including but not limited to: private investigator (I once interviewed a dog but he didn't reveal anything), chicken manure fertilizer salesman (that lasted one day), in-ground pool - heavy construction manager (an excavator once spit on my desk because I was a woman), boat salesman (loved that job), investor relations director (investors would scream at me because I wouldn't give out "inside" info).

I currently live in Bethesda, MD with my husband and better half. It's pretty here. And sunny. I was born in NYC, and have lived in New York, Massachusetts, New Mexico, and now Maryland. Next up: Could be anywhere!

I have two exceptionally talented daughters, two beautiful granddaughters and a baseball loving grandson. We have a beautiful rescue dog named Suleiman the Magnificent that we stole from the terrible people across the street. They never even asked for him back.

I write short stories and am working on my first novel. I bake, cook, garden, knit, quilt, embroider, hook rugs, punch needle, refinish furniture, and make all sorts of crafts. Life is good!
