Claudia Ucros is a psychologist and psychotherapist inspired by nature and the growth process. She is a mind-body therapist, trained in Bioenergetic Analysis and in trauma therapies.

She has developed her own body and relational approach to emotions and feelings.

For Claudia, the process of emotions allows us to connect to our true nature and to others, to integrate us as part of life. This is a body-mind and spiritual process.

This is why her approach integrates also other energetic/spiritual work, complementary to body-mind psychotherapy. This work is aimed at helping the person to connect to herself, at the awarenes of life and the life in her.
