I am an Economist, with Postgraduate in Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications and Postgraduate in Business Development Management. During my professional experience, I had the opportunity to experience Analysis and Process Improvement, Management Layout, Training and Staff Development, Budget Management and others. In my spare time, I like to write articles about Creative Economy, Society and Management, fruit of my observations and organizational experience.

The need to understand the changes in consumer behavior in the digital era, has led me to the conclusion of the Postgraduate in Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications. With the strengthening of social networks, boosted by digital media capabilities, the Marketing tends to be each day more genuine, given the evolution of the media and the refinement of critical thinking and consumer expectations. The perceived value of a brand has become directly proportional to respect and transparency in the treatment with the various stakeholders. During the work for improvement of processes and organizational changes, I learned that interact and engage directly affected people is the key to the success of any project. Today, the availability of resources is infinitely greater, with better coverage and favoring the emergence of the practice of Open Leadership. The results achieved by some organizations only prove that, when properly prepared, the strategy of encouraging participation and sharing ideas inevitably proves effective.

I believe that to achieve fullness we must harmonize professional objectives with life purposes. Each citizen can and should contribute to the development of the society in which it is inserted. There are many paths and possibilities. So, I chose be volunteer at the trusteeship team of TEDxRecife, program to inspire leadership initiatives, technology, entrepreneurship and innovation, through the dissemination of projects developed in the local society.

For the future, I intend to meet, to work and live in another countries, cultures and values, expanding my horizons and of my children. I'll go ahead trusting that a structured family, in all formats, it is the basis for the formation of people, and, consequently, of a balanced society.
