I have four years of experience in Human Resources subsystems, two as a consultant in Training and Development, linking financial stress to productivity, illness and absenteeism.

I also have field in the main processes of recruitment, selection and training, and experience with psychological tests. Understanding of survey and analysis of indicators and change management.

Besides that, I took courses of Career Development (in Instituto do Ser), Psychotherapy (in Instituto Müller-Granzotto) and Operations Management (in University of Pennsylvania).
