I believe that "Change and the ability to adapt to change" is the key to survial or you can say 'success' as my favourite band 'Guns n Roses " say "Nothing lasts forever".

I've been associated with the education industry for 13 years of which two years were spent in The Republic of Maldives and the remaning 11 eventful years in UAE.
