Clay Bandy

San Jose, California, United States

Known for his natural feels and smooth groove, Clay is one of the bay areas finest drummers. At age 18, this self-taught drummer was called upon to tour around the world with Americas most popular worship leader, the Professor of Praise, Dr. Ron Kenoly. This experience developed Clay's band management and music entrepreneurial skills. Shortly after touring Clay began networking and performing with dozens of local musicians. While playing with local band 650 Connection, Clay also held down the pocket for one of the bay areas heavy hitters, Ron E. Beck (former drummer of Tower of Power) in his Soul Cry band.

Clay has shared the stage with many noted artist and bands such as: Angie Stone, Raheem DeVaughn, Howard Hewett, Lenny Williams, The O'Jays, The Whispers, Tony Lindsey (of Santana) and Chaka Khan just to name a few.
Clay continues to record and play locally with recording artist Janelle LaSalle & Grammy Nominated producer Prince “BlkMagic” Damons. He can also be found playing a collaboration of live drumming along side a DJ throughout the bay area. His goal is to provide his listening audience with a great and memorable musical experience.
