Clayton Whitson has a unique list of work experiences and giftings, which make him a valuable asset to any organization. His naturally friendly personality values each person he meets as vitally important. From his professional work with the young as a youth pastor, a teacher, and manager of a homeless teen center to his work with adults on the management and organization side (theatrical/convention center and marketing coordinator), he has seen the need for people to work together to accomplish a goal.

This is extremely important as seen in the many recent natural disasters. Seeing the need he has researched and equipped himself with a long list of disaster preparedness training and certification. The result is the development of a powerful community disaster response plan to unify one of the most powerful and largest volunteer armies—the church.
